Me and my team recognize that venue’s and planners take on the most responsibilities in relation to the client and their special event. We want to ensure smooth execution and stress free coordination for both the client and our partners the day of the event. On Site Logistics and Planning
We always schedule a consultation with our client on site. We feel it is best to understand the clients vision in the space we will be working in. This allows us an opportunity to work together from the very beginning of the planning process so that everyones vision is aligned respectfully with the realistic possibilities of the event.
